Tip: If you have placed multiple pieces of the
same food of a similar thickness, weight and
quality in the pan / on the grill at the same time,
you can assume that each piece of meat has
reached the desired degree of doneness.
Other pieces of food can now be prepared ac-
cording to the desired degree of doneness.
