The company warrants that the equipment will be free of defects in material and
workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of placing the equipment
in operation, or eighteen (18) months from shipment date, whichever shall occur first.
The owner shall promptly report any failure to conform to this warranty, in writing to the
company within the specified period, whereupon the company shall, at its opinion, repair
the equipment or furnish a replacement part F.O.B. point of shipment, provided the
owner has stored, installed, maintained and operated the equipment in accordance with
good industry practice. The company shall not be liable for any repairs, replacements, or
adjustments to the equipment or any costs of labor performed by the owner or others
without prior written agreement. Title to and risk loss of any equipment being repaired
shall remain with owner at all times.
The effect of corrosion, erosion, and normal wear and tear due to operation or the
environment are specifically excluded.
The company makes no other warranty or representation whatsoever, expressed or
implied in fact or by law, except that of title, and all implied warranties or
merchantability or fitness for a particular use or purpose, are hereby disclaimed.
