Chapter 4: Sample Quantitation and
Normalization
This chapter provides a standard procedure to determine sample concentration using
fluorimetry. Sample concentrations need to be normalized before proceeding with the
LP 48.48 IFC protocol for Access Array™.

PicoGreen

fluorescent assay requires 1 L of sample DNA to determine
sample concentration.
