Lower Display Ohms Source Tests
1. Press F on the UUT until Ω appears on the lower display. If necessary, press M
until SOURCE appears on the lower display.
2. Set the HP 3458A to measure 4-wire resistance.
3. Make the connections shown in Figure 12.
4. Use the arrow keys on the UUT to set the UUT output to the resistance values in
Table 17 and verify that the HP 3458A readings are within the limits shown.
