TC DROP, NON-DROP NTSC only
These parameters are only available for NTSC and only one
may be enabled at a time. Drop and non-drop enable and
disable the drop-frame function that modifies how the
timecode is calculated during recording.
• TC DROP Group Default
Enables the drop-frame function and frames 00 and 01
are dropped from each minute of video recorded, with
the exception of the first minute of the hour.
• TC NON-DROP
Disables drop-frame.
No frames are dropped during recording and the
timecode reflects the actual time during recording.
HDV TC TYPE FS-4Pro HD only
This menu sets the source of the timecode displayed in the TC
DISP mode, while in HD RECORDER mode. This is also the
timecode reported in AV/C control mode.
