5.1.4 I cannot see the video on Firefox or Safari or Google chrome?
For Firefox, Safari and Google chrome, you should install Quick Time Player as the ActiveX
controller, please configure the activex controller as the following picture:
Select Preferences—QuickTime Preferences…

Choose HTTP as the transport protocol.

Choose Automatic as the transport setup, then click OK to save the settings.
