EEprom Fault

Disconnect PV (+), PV (-) with DC.

After the LCD switches off, reconnect and check again.

GFCD Fault

Disconnect PV (+), PV (-) with DC.

After the LCD switches off, reconnect and check again.

1 Disconnect the PV (+), PV (-) with DC input, then reconnect them.
2 Check L line and N line to see whether it has connection faults.
3 Please seek for help from us when this fault happens.
OCP Fault

Turn off the PV and grid, reconnect them.

Or seek for help from us if it does not go back to normal.
SPS Fault
1
Turn off the PV and grid, reconnect them

Or seek for help from us if it does not go back to normal
Grid 10Min OVP

System will reconnect if the grid is back to normal.

Ground Fault
1.Check the voltage of neutral and PE.
2.Check AC wiring.
3.Restart inverter, if error message persists, seek for help from us

PLL Fault

System will reconnect if the utility is back to normal.

Comm Lost
1.
Disconnect PV+, PV-, reconnect them.
2.
Or seek for help from us if it does not go back to normal state.
If your inverter's information panel is not displaying a fault light, check the
following list to make sure that the present state of the installation allows
proper operation of the unit.
Is the inverter located in a clean, dry, adequately ventilated place?
Have the DC input breakers been opened?
Are the cables adequately sized?
Are the input and output connections and wiring in good condition?
Are the configurations settings correct for your particular installation?
Are the display panel and the communications cable properly connected
and undamaged?

describe details of your system installation and provide model and serial
number of the unit.
