Preparations
• The power connection for the coee machine must be protec-
ted by a ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI).
• Each terminal of the power supply must be able to be interrup-
ted by a switch.
• The water connection must have a shut-o with a check valve
and lter and must meet the requirements of the technical data.
• The water for the preparation of coee should always be fresh,
oxygenated and rich in minerals.
• If your Evolution Plus has an electrical connection other than
the one described in the table opposite, you will have received
additional information regarding the installation with your order
conrmation.
Installation
You must have completed these preparations before one of our
service technicians can install Evolution Plus for you.
One of our service technicians will install your Evolution Plus and
put them into operation for the rst time. The technician will walk
you through the basic functions.
Your Evolution Plus must be properly installed so that you can operate it correctly—one of our service technicians will
do that for you. You'll have to take care of a few things rst. You'll nd the preparations for problem-free enjoyment of
your coee machine here
