Daily start-up of the coee machine

Close the coee bean hopper.Pour in coee beans.Open the coee bean hopper.
Risk of scalding
from hot water, splatters and
hot steam.
Do not touch the outlets or
the area under the outlets.
Point the steam wand down-
wards.
The Evolution Plus is ready for
operation.
Add coee beans and milk, if
necessary.
The Evolution Plus automati-
cally vents the boiler system
while heating.
Switch on the Evolution Plus
using the On/O button.
