Wash and towel dry. Cut
in 1cm slices. Place skin
(outside) down on rack

Wash and towel dry.

Wash and towel dry. Cut
off stem end. Cut into

Wash, drain well and
towel dry. Cut in 2mm
slices.

Oregano, sage,
parsley, thyme,
fennel
Rinse and dry with
paper towel
3-5 Crisp and brittle
Basil
Use basil leaves 8 to
10cm from top. Spray
with water, shake off
moisture and pat dry
3-5 Crisp and brittle
