shelf support keyholes over the four mounting studs and pull
forward to lock shelf in place.
1 Loading Full Cases of 4:1 or 10:1 Hamburger Patties
Remove hamburger patty case(s) from
bulk frozen storage. Franke High
Capacity Meat Freezers are designed
to hold the following:
HCMF-18 Model:
Three 10:1 or 4:1 Cases
HCMF-30 Model:
Six 10:1 and/or 4:1 Cases
When loading cases, open top flaps and fold down the (long)
side flaps. Open the HCMF front door and place each carton
on a wire or solid bottom shelf. (Keep inner plastic bag closed
until patties are needed for the grill.) Make sure cartons are
pushed back fully into the compartment and that the front door
closes and seals.
Important Product Loading Tips:
DO NOT over-load the High Capacity Meat Freezer. Like all
freezers, it requires good air circulation to maintain uniform
frozen temperatures.
DO NOT let inner plastic bags block or obstruct the
Evaporator air intake openings inside freezer compartment.
NOTE: The recommended maximum HOLD time for all products
is 24 hours.
