Before you roll the unit into place, locate
the nearest grounded 120-volt/60 Hz power
outlet, per unit data plate requirements. A
power cord with grounded plug is provided
with the HCMF and coiled in back of unit.
Cut any plastic ties and plug it into that
outlet.
Roll the HCMF into position so the front is
flush or even with the grill. Locate the two
front locking casters. Ensure the casters are
facing forward. Screw locks on the casters
can be used to secure the freezer in place.
2 Disposable Gloves (NOT Provided)
Obtain a disposable plastic glove pack
(standard supply item) and position top
attachment holes over the two pins on the front
mounted Glove Dispenser Bracket.
IMPORTANT: Always use disposable gloves when removing
frozen grill product from freezer and placing it on grill, to avoid
potential cross contamination.
IMPORTANT: Failure to provide the recommended rear or
side clearance may shorten the Freezer life, increase
compressor running time, increase energy usage and
impact unit warranty coverage.
