2 Position Open Grilled Product Cases
Open one of two product cases needed for
immediate production and place them on
the top wire shelf, where they can be
reached through the roll-back top.
3 Remove Product for Grilling, As Needed
Remove and slip on one or two plastic gloves, as needed. Push
back rolling-top door for easy access to frozen meat patties for
grilling. The door will roll shut as soon as released, to maintain
safe frozen product temperature.
5 Daily Store-Closing Procedures
The outside of the HCMF must be
cleaned every day. Wipe off and clean
the HCMF exterior, using approved
McDonald’s cleaning chemicals,
according to instructions.
Be sure to clean the unit: top (including
grill tool shelf), front/door, both sides and
rear of the freezer. Make sure any grease
splatter from the Grill Station is cleaned
from the side, top and tool shelf.
CAUTION! Do not allow freezer door to remain open for any
longer than the time required to remove frozen product.
Keeping the door open will reduce freezer compartment
temperature, require the compressor to work harder and
potentially result in a FOOD SAFETY problem.
