Quarterly/Every Three Months - Clean the Condenser Coil

 Open the vented front access panel to inspect and access
the condenser coil. Just pull to release from the two
magnetic catches and lift out.
 Use a soft-bristle cleaning brush to gently remove dust and
debris in and around the coil. IMPORTANT: Carefully brush
with-the-fins, up-and-down. They are fragile and easily
bent.
 Replace the vented front access panel.
Lift off front access panel. Gently clean coil with brush.
