COMPONENT TESTING
Outdoor Fan Replacement
1. Remove chassis from closet. Refer to chassis removal.
2. Remove left and right side lower access panels.
NOTE: For blade replacement only, disconnection of fan motor wires
is not required
3. Disconnect black (18 and 24k), red (9k), or blue (12k) wire from T1
of the contactor.
4. Disconnect white wire from fan out terminal of the defrost board .
5. Remove sensor from coil.
6. Pull some slack out of white wire in the bundle to facilitate fan
removal..
7. Remove 2 screws on each side of shroud.
Disconnect
Disconnect
Create some slack in wire
Remove 2 screws on each side of shroud
