6.2 CONTROL PANEL
1. MAIN SELECTOR
The main selector has got 3 positions:
1. AGITATION: switch the selector onto
“agitation” mode (pict..1) to start the sole
agitator motor of the relative barrel, The
selector light is OFF.
2. OFF: switch the selector onto “OFF” mode
(pict.2) to stop the relevant barrel function and
to cancel the running function.l The selector
light is OFF.il
3. ON: switch the selector onto “ON” mode
(pict..3) to start the operation of the relevant
barrel. The selector light is ON.
The machine is equipped with a limb-shearing-
prevention safety system which disables mixing
when the lid is not assembled or when it is not
down. To enable mixing once again, check that
the lid is assembled correctly and that it is
down.
2. BATCH FREEZING TIMER
Using the batch freezing timer it is possible to set
the production time and consequently, vary the
texture and the aspect of the product. The
compressor is enabled automatically by turning
the knob and the production phase is started.
To enable the compressor, the machine must first
have been switched to ON . Ensure that the light
of the main selector is ON.
