3. STORAGE TEMPERATURE CONTROL
The consistency of the gelato and the relative
temperature, during the storage phase, after the
freezing (timer on 0 '), is regulated by a rotary
control.
Rotating the selector clockwise, the gelato
consistency will be higher (storage temperature
lower). Rotating the selectorl counterclockwise,
the gelato consistency will be lower (storage
temperature higher).

To display the cold room temperature.
