REMOVING AND CLEANING OF THE SCOOP
• Remove the scoop from its housing.
• Soak the scoop into the barrel with the sanitizer and
brush the surfaces with care. Pay special attention to
the surfaces in direct contact with the product.
REMOVING AND CLEANING BEATER
• Loosen the knob and remove the OR gasket.
• Pull the beater upwards; remove the scraper and
bushing (if present).
• Immerse the previously disassembled components
into the tub with the sanitizer and brush the surfaces
with care. Pay special attention to the inner part of
the beater shaft and the scraper fixing pins.
REMOVING AND CLEANING PLUG
• Unscrew the threaded ring.
• Remove the wash plug from the machine.
• Remove the O-rings.
• Place the previously disassembled components into
the tub with the sanitizer and brush all the gasket
seats with care.
All the disassembled parts must remain soaking in the Ecolab P3 Topax-san sanitizer
(4% dilution) for at least 15’ before they are rinsed with plenty of cold drinking water.
