INFORMAZIONE AGLI UTENTI
Ai sensi dell’art. 13 del Decreto Legislative 25 Luglio 2005, n. 151 “Attuazione delle Direttive 2002/95/CE,
2002/96/CE e 2003/108/CE, relative alia riduzione dell’uso di sostanze pericolose nelle apparecchiature
elettriche ed elettroniche, nonche alio smaltimento dei rifiuti”
II simbolo del cassonetto barrato riportato sull’apparecchiatura o sulla confezione indica che il prodotto deve
essere raccolto separatamente dagli altri rifiuti.
La raccolta differenziata della presente apparecchiatura giunta a fine vita 6 organizzata e gestita dal produttore.
L’utente che vorr^ disfarsi della presente apparecchiatura dovr^ quindi contattare il produttore e seguire il
sistema che questo ha adottato per consentire la raccolta separata dell’apparecchiatura giunta a fine vita.
L'adeguata raccolta differenziata per I’avvio successive dell'apparecchiatura dimessa al riciclaggio, al
trattamento e alio smaltimento ambientalmente compatibile contribuisce ad evitare possibili effetti negativi
suN’ambiente e sulla salute e favorisce il reimpiego e/o ricicio dei materiali di cui 6 composta I’apparecchiatura.
Lo smaltimento abusivo del prodotto da parte del detentore comporta I’applicazione delle sanzioni
amministrative previste dalla normativa vigente
USER’S NOTICE
As per the “ European directives 2002/95/EC, 2002/96/EC and 2003/108/EC, on the restriction of the use
of certain hazardous substances in electric and electronic equipment and disposal of waste”.
The above symbol indicated on the equipment or the packaging, means that the relevant products waste at the
end of its life must be disposed in separate way.
The disposal of this equipment at the end of its life is handled by the producer. The user who wants to dispose
of this equipment must contact the producer and comply with the system adopted by the producer to properly
dispose of the equipment.
The proper dismantling of the equipment, its recycling, treatment and environmentally-friendly disposal
contribute to the protection of the environment and human health and encourage the re-utilization and/or
recycling of the materials used in the equipment.
The incorrect disposal of the product by the user may lead to the application of the levy of fines as
appiicabie to the iocai legisiation.
