Recording a Greeting
The answering machine provides a standard start greeting and a
standard end greeting. Here is how to record your own greetings:
Press the “Menu” key.
Select “Answering mach.” and then press “OK”.
Select “Options” and then press “OK”.
Select an operating mode and press “Options”.
Only in the operating mode “With recording”: Select
“Start greeting” and press “OK”.
Select “Record” and then press “OK”. Speak the entire
greeting and confirm that you have finished by clicking
“OK”.
Select “Play” and “OK” to check your recording.
Select “Ring delay” and define after how many sec-
onds a call will be accepted. Press “OK”.
Select “Activate” and “OK”.
Select “Private greeting” and then press “OK”.
To set up an end greeting in the “With recording” oper-
ating mode, press “Back”.
Press the hang-up key to return to the start screen.
