7 MESSA FUORI SERVIZIO
7.1 SMANTELLAMENTO, ROTTAMAZIONE E
SMALTIMENTO
QUALORA LA MACCHINA O I SUOI COM-
PONENTI, IN QUANTO ROTTI, USURATI
OPPURE AL TERMINE DELLA VITA PRE-
VISTA, NON DOVESSEREO ESSERE PIÙ
UTILIZZABILI NÉ RIPARABILI, SI DEVE
PROCEDERE ALLA LORO DEMOLIZIONE.
- La demolizione della macchina deve essere effettuata
con l'utilizzo di idonee attrezzature, scelte in relazione
alla natura del materiale su cui si interviene.
- Tutti i componenti devono essere smantellati e rotta-
mati dopo averli ridotti in piccole parti, in modo tale
che nessuno di essi possa essere ragionevolmente
riutilizzato.
- Quando la macchina viene rottamata, si deve prov-
vedere allo smaltimento delle sue parti in modo dif-
ferenziato, tenendo conto della diversa natura delle
stesse (metalli, oli e lubricanti, plastica, gomma, ecc..)
incaricando imprese specializzate, abilitate allo scopo
ed in ogni caso, in osservanza, con quanto prescritto
dalla legge vigente in materia di smaltimento di riuti
solidi industriali.
NON TENTARE DI RIUTILIZZARE PARTI
O COMPONENTI DELLA MACCHINA CHE
POSSONO APPARIRE ANCORA INTEGRI
UNA VOLTA CHE ESSI SONO STATI DICHIA-
RATI NON PIÙ IDONEI.
LE BATTERIE ESAURITE SONO RIFIUTI
PERICOLOSI PER L’AMBIENTE.
ESSE DEVONO ESSERE SMALTITE OP-
PORTUNAMENTE PRESSO UN CENTRO
DI RICICLAGGIO/SMALTIMENTO ATTREZ-
ZATO, SI CONSIGLIA DI CONSEGNARE
LE BATTERIE ESAURITE DIRETTAMENTE
AL DISTRIBUTORE AL MOMENTO DELLA
CONSEGNA DEL RIMPIAZZO.
I prodotti contenenti elementi elettronici, sono
realizzati secondo le norme internazionali per il
trattamento delle sostanze pericolose (RoHS - Re-
striction of Hazardous Substances) in apparecchi
elettrici ed elettronici, e per lo smaltimento di prodotti
elettrici ed elettronici (WEEE - Waste Electrical and
Electronic Equipment).
Il simbolo del cestino dei riuti con una croce sopra
[EN 50419], indica la compatibilità con queste nor-
me e che il prodotto deve essere opportunamente
riciclato e smaltito in accordo con le direttive vigenti.
7 OUT OF SERVICE
7.1 DISMANTLING, SCRAPPING AND
DISPOSAL
IF THE MACHINE OR ITS COMPONENTS
ARE FOUND TO BE NO LONGER SERVICE-
ABLE OR REPAIRABLE BECAUSE THEY
ARE BROKEN, WORN OR HAVE COME TO
THE END OF THEIR WORKING LIFE, THEY
MUST BE DEMOLISHED.
- Demolition must be carried out using suitable equip-
ment, chosen on the basis of the type of material in
question.
- All components must be dismantled and scrapped
after being broken down into smaller parts, so that
none of them can reasonably be used again.
- When the machine is scrapped, its parts must be
disposed of in a differentiated manner, taking into
account their different types (metal, oil and lubricants,
plastic, rubber, etc..) handing them over to collection
centres authorised for such purposes and in any case
conforming to the applicable laws in force governing
the disposal of solid industrial waste.
NEVER TRY TO RE-USE MACHINE PARTS
OR COMPONENTS THAT MAY STILL AP-
PEAR INTACT ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN
DECLARED NO LONGER SERVICEABLE.
USED BATTERIES ARE A DANGER TO THE
ENVIRONMENT.
THEY MUST BE TAKEN TO A SUITABLE
RECYCLING/DISPOSAL CENTRE, IT IS
RECOMMENDED THAT USED BATTERIES
BE CONSIGNED DIRECTLY TO THE SUP-
PLIER WHEN THE NEW BATTERIES ARE
DELIVERED.
Products containing electronic elements are made
in conformity with international laws for the treat-
ment of hazardous substances (RoHS - Restriction
of Hazardous Substances) in electrical and elec-
tronic equipment, and for the disposal of electrical
and electronic products (WEEE - Waste Electrical
and Electronic Equipment).
The symbol of the waste bin with a cross over it [EN
50419], indicates compatibility with these standards
and that the product must be suitably recycled and
disposed of in accordance with the applicable laws.
