4 INSTALLAZIONE
4.1 REQUISITI DEL LOCALE DI LAVORO
• Condizioni ambientali:
La macchina è in grado di funzionare corretta-
mente in condizioni atmosferiche con umidità
relativa non superiore al 50% a temperatura di
40°C e al 90% con temperatura non superiore
a 20°C (senza condensa). Nel caso che le
condizioni ambientali non siano idonee al fun-
zionamento della macchina, Il Costruttore può
fornire, se richiesto, le soluzioni per ovviare al
problema.
La macchina standard non è predispo-
sta e studiata per lavorare in ambienti
ad atmosfera esplosiva oppure con
rischio d'incendio.
• Pavimentazione:
La macchina deve funzionare all'interno di un
locale dotato di una pavimentazione con seguenti
caratteristiche:
- inclinazione inferiore al 2%,
- assenza di scale o bordi nella pavimentazione
che possono comportare la caduta della mac-
china,
- uniformità del suolo con assenza di buche,
rialzamenti, ostacoli o sconnessioni,
- pavimentazione conduttiva, che permetta lo
scarico dell'elettricità statica accumulata.
4 INSTALLATION
4.1 WORKPLACE REQUIREMENTS
• Atmospheric conditions:
The machine is able to function correctly in atmospheric
conditions with relative humidity no greater than 50%
at a temperature of 40°C and 90% at a temperature
no greater than 20°C (without condensation). If the
atmospheric conditions are not suitable for machine
operation, the Manufacturer can, on request, provide
solutions to remedy the problem (e.g. air conditioners,
thermostatic heating elements, etc.).
The standard machine is not designed or set
up for operation in places with an explosive
atmosphere or risk of re.
• Flooring:
The machine must be used inside a room that has
the following ooring requirements:
- slope less that 2%,
- no ladders or oor borders which could cause the
machine to tip over,
- even ground with no holes, dips, rises, obstructions
or discontinuities,
- conductive ooring which allows the static electricity
built up to be discharged.
