5.7 AVVIAMENTO MACCHINA
PRIMA DI AVVIARE IL CICLO DI LAVORO
ASSICURARSI CHE LA ZONA E IL SUOLO
ATTORNO AL PRODOTTO DA IMBALLARE
SIANO LIBERI DA QUALUNQUE OSTACO-
LO E CHE NESSUN OGGETTO SIA STATO
LASCIATO SULLA MACCHINA.
DOPO L'AVVIAMENTO DEL CICLO, L'OPE-
RATORE DEVE ALLONTANARSI IMMEDIA-
TAMENTE DALL'AREA DI LAVORO DELLA
MACCHINA.
a) Preparare la macchina al ciclo di lavoro, riarmare il
pulsante di emergenza (qualora risultasse premuto)
e premere il pulsante RESET;
b) dopo aver piazzato nell'area di lavoro il pallet con il
prodotto da imballare, avvicinare la macchina tramite
il timone a controllo manuale (5), agendo sui pulsanti
di controllo marcia (6) (Fig. 5.7);
c) posizionare la ruota tastatrice (7) in battuta su un
anco del pallet;
d) prelevare manualmente il lm in uscita dal carrello
(8) ed agganciarlo ad un angolo del pallet.
e) impostare il ciclo operativo sul pannello di comando;
f) premere il pulsante di START ;
g) ultimato l'avvolgimento tagliare manualmente il lm
e ssarlo al pallet;
h) ora il pallet è pronto per essere prelevato.
5.7 STARTING THE MACHINE
BEFORE STARTING THE WORK CYCLE
MAKE SURE THAT THE AREA AND THE
GROUND AROUND THE PRODUCT TO BE
WRAPPED ARE FREE OF ALL OBSTRUC-
TIONS AND THAT NO OBJECTS HAVE BEEN
LEFT ON THE MACHINE.
AFTER STARTING THE CYCLE, THE OP-
ERATOR MUST MOVE AWAY FROM THE
MACHINE WORK AREA IMMEDIATELY.
a) prepare the machine for the work cycle, release the
emergency button (if it is pressed in) and then press
the RESET button;
b) after placing the pallet with the product to be wrapped
in the work area, bring the machine up to it using the
manually controlled steering arm (5), pressing the
forward movement buttons (6) (Fig. 5.7);
c) place the feeler wheel (7) up against one side of the
pallet;
d) manually draw out the lm protruding from the roll-
holder carriage and attach it to one corner of the
pallet;
e) set the operating cycle from the control panel;
f) press the START ;
g) after wrapping, manually cut the lm and x it to the
pallet;
h) the pallet can now be picked up.
