4.2 MONTAGGIO GRUPPI
Le operazioni a sicurezze ridotte devono essere effet-
tuate da MANUTENTORE MECCANICO o da TECNI-
CO SPECIALIZZATO. Tali operazioni devono essere
effettuate da una sola persona.
DURANTE TUTTE LE OPERAZIONI DI
MANUTENZIONE, RIPARAZIONE O REGI-
STRAZIONE È OBBLIGATORIO PREMERE
IL PULSANTE DI EMERGENZA E STACCA-
RE IL CONNETTORE DI ALIMENTAZIONE
DELLE BATTERIE.
Per esigenze di trasporto alcuni gruppi vengono smon-
tati, per il montaggio procedere come di seguito de-
scritto (Fig. 4.2 a).
Gruppo bandella anticollisione:
Svitare le viti (1), inserire il gruppo bandella (2) come
indicato nel disegno e avvitare le viti (1) attraverso i
fori (3).
Gruppo ruota tastatrice:
Svitare le viti (4), inserire il gruppo ruota (5) nell'ap-
posita sede a lato della macchina e avvitare le viti (4),
serrandole con i relativi dadi come da illustrazione.
4.2 FITTING THE UNITS
Any operations that need to be carried out with some
of the safety devices disabled, must be performed by
a MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN OR A
SPECIALISED TECHNICIAN. These operations must
be carried out by one person only.
DURING ALL MAINTENANCE, REPAIR
OR ADJUSTMENT OPERATIONS, THE
EMERGENCY MUSHROOM BUTTON ON
THE CONTROL PANEL MUST ALWAYS BE
ACTIVATED AND THE BATTERY DISCON-
NECTED.
For transport purposes, some units may be disas-
sembled; to reassemble them, proceed as described
below(g.4.2 a).
Safety bumper unit:
Undo the screws (1), t the bumper unit (2) as shown
in the drawing and then screw the screws (1) back in
through the holes (3).
Feeler wheel unit:
Undo the screws (4), t the wheel unit (5) as shown
in the drawing and then screw the screws (4) back in,
securing them with the relative nuts as shown in the
illustration.
