Cause: Mains undervoltage: The mains
voltage has dropped below the
lower limit of the tolerance
range (see section "Technical
data")
Remedy: Check the mains voltage
Cause: Mains overvoltage: The mains
voltage has exceeded the upper
limit of the tolerance range (see
section "Technical data")
Remedy: Check the mains voltage
Cause: The earth current watchdog has
triggered the safety cut-out of
the power source.
Remedy: Switch off the power source,
wait for 10 seconds and then
switch it on again. If you have
tried this several times and the
error keeps recurring, contact
After-Sales Service.
Cause: Wire stick
Remedy: Correct wire short circuit
Cause: Ignition time-out function is act-
ive: no current started flowing
before the end of the time spe-
cified in the set-up menu. The
safety cut-out of the power
source has been triggered.
Remedy: Press the torch trigger
repeatedly; clean the workpiece
surface; if necessary, increase
the time until the safety cut-out
is triggered in the set-up menu:
level 2
Cause: Wire end - the wire-end check
option has detected that there is
no more welding wire available
Remedy: Insert new wirespool
