Replacing the Datamanager card
Preparatory work
Set the DC disconnector to OFF
Disconnect the AC supply
Remove the DATCOM cover
Disconnect the data communication cables if necessary
Release the device from the wall bracket and remove.

Removing the Datamanager card:
Only for Datamanager cards with
WLAN:
remove the antenna (1) using a 7 mm
flat spanner
Remove the socket board (2)
, 12-pin ... Datamanager card
, 16-pin ... Datamanager card 2.0
Remove the 4 x 8 mm TX20 screw (3)
Datamanager card
, 4 x 9 mm ... Datamanager card 2.0
Unplug the Datamanager card from the
RECERBO PC board and remove it
Inserting the Datamanager card:
Connect a new Datamanager card to the RECERBO PC board
Secure the Datamanager card using one TX20 screw (3)
4 x 8 mm ... Datamanager card
, 4 x 9 mm ... Datamanager Card 2.0
Tightening torque = 1.2 Nm
Connect the socket board (2)
, 12-pin ... Datamanager card
, 16-pin ... Datamanager card 2.0
Only for Datamanager cards with WLAN:
fit the antenna (1) using a 7 mm flat spanner
Tightening torque = 0.6 Nm
And finally... Fit the power stage set cover
Place the device in the wall bracket and screw in place
Connect the data communication cables if necessary
Fit the DATCOM cover
Restore the AC supply
