Replace the secondary diode
Replacing the
TP150 / 180 sec-
ondary diode
Open the housing as described in the section "Opening the TP150 housing / Opening
the TP180 housing"
Remove the BPS1500 / BPS1800 PC board as described in the section "Removing
the BPS1500 PC board / Removing the BPS1800 PC board"
Undo the two M4x10 TX20 screws (1) on the faulty diode
Clean the heat sink and modules on the BPS PC board
Place the new diode on the heat sink as shown and secure with two M4x10 TX20
screws (1):
Pretighten at 0.5 Nm
Final tightening torque = 1.3 Nm
Bend the flaps (2) and fit the thermal foil (3) to the modules on the BPS1500/1800 PC
board as shown
