Setup Menu 2nd Level
Limitations The following restrictions occur in relation to the Setup menu 2nd level:
Setup menu 2nd level cannot be selected:
- during welding
- if the "Gas test" function is active
- if the "Wire threading" function is active
- if the "Wire withdrawal" function is active
- if the "Gas purging" function is active
If level 2 of the Setup menu is selected, the following functions are not available, even in
robot mode:
- Welding start-up - the "Power source ready" signal will not be emitted for robot mode
- Gas test
- Wire inching
- Wire withdrawal
- Gas purging

Accessing the 2nd level of the Setup menu:

Press the "Process" button to select the
"MIG/MAG standard synergic welding"
process

The control panel is now located in the
Setup menu of the "MIG/MAG standard
synergic welding" process - the last selec-
ted setup parameter is displayed.

Select the "2nd" setup parameter using the
left-hand selection dial
