Ring Count Change
You can decide how many times your phone will ring before calls forward to
Voicemail. Keep in mind your callers could hear one or two additional rings.
To set up and turn on/off Email
Notification Options:
Access your Frontier Digital
Voice Web Portal.
2. Select Settings from the menu.
3. Click the Voicemail Settings tab.
4. Click on Voicemail Notification.
5. Check the box to:

Send to this Email, and then enter
the email address.

Voice email feature or for messages that are lost or
delayed during transmission.
Note: Email Notification must be set up
using the online Web Portal

Until they are
set up, they will not be presented in the
phone menu
.
Once enabled, you can change
settings or disable the features by phone
.
If
you disable these features by phone, you
will have to set them up again online
.
