LED Status
PA Fault LED:
Indicates the mute/unmute status of the local audio (“CH1 Line In” and “CH2 Line In” ports).
Normal operation: solid amber (muted), unlit (unmuted)
Fault status: amber LED is on and constant (no blinking), but does not react to changes in the mute state. Try a power
cycle of the device; if it persists, contact FrontRow.
Status LED:
Indicates the overall operational status of the CM900.
Normal operation: green LED blinks ½ second on + ½ second off.
Firmware update: rapid blinking.
Fault status: green LED is on and constant (no blinking). Try a power cycle of the device; if it persists, contact Frontrow.
Fault status: rapid blinking randomly or when NOT executing firmware update, contact FrontRow.
Error LED
Indicates firmware error.
Normal operation: unlit.
During firmware update: amber LED is rapid, intermittent blinking
Fault status: amber LED is on and constant (no blinking).
The specific fault can be confirmed by accessing the device’s web page and checking the Status line for ‘Error Trap
Detected’. To clear this error, enter the following command on the device’s web page in the Command Line window:
#CTL[‘SOFTRESET’]; Then press the Send Command button.
Fault status: amber LED blinks in a repeating pattern at the end of the update process, contact Frontrow.
