1.7.4 Replacing the High-limit Thermostat (cont.)
6. Locate the high-limit probe inside the frypot.
Remove the high-limit probe mounting hardware.
Retain mounting hardware for installation of new
temperature probe
7. Carefully pull high-limit capillary tube and bulb out
of the frypot from the bottom.
Locate the high-limit probe.
Remove high-limit capillary tube and bulb
from the bottom of the frypot.
