With a checksum (sensor checksum validation automatically enabled):

Without a checksum (sensor checksum validation automatically disabled):
$02DFP*//<cr><lf>
A checksum value is always transmitted by the sensor with every outgoing message. However the checksum
field can be ignored by the host computer if checksum validation for received messages is not required.
