Connecting the device
Please observe th e safety inform ation in "Important notes", Page 3.
CE conforma nce and optimum p icture quality are guaranteed only if
you use th e data cables supplied.
► Switch off the monito r and the computer.
► Disconnect th e power plug from the computer.
Connecting cables to the mon
itor
The data cables supplied have two 15-pin D -SUB connectors or tw o 24-pin DVI
connectors for c onnection to the monitor and to the computer.
Information on the computer connections and interfaces is contained in the
operating manual for the compute r.
1 = Power connector
2 = AU DIO-IN socket
3 = DVI-D connector (DIGITAL)
4 = D-SUB socket (ANALOG)
5 = Security slot for "Kensington Lock"
6 = Holes for fixing swivel arm or w all bracket
