Installing a battery

► Insert the battery in the battery com p artment (1).
► Slide the battery lock slider switch in the direction of the a r row (2).
The battery is secured. The battery replacement status indicator (3) goes out.
► Turn the notebook the r ight way up again a nd place it on a flat surface.
► Reconnect the cables that were previously disconnected.
