Connecting an external monitor to the port replicator
Including the internal screen, up to 4 screens can be used simu ltaneously (please refer to "Function
keys and key combinations", Pa ge 25, section "Switching to output screen").

► Sw itch off the notebook and the e xternal monitor.
► Plug the data cable of the external monitor into the mo nitor port.
► F irst switch on the external monitor and then the no tebook.
You can a lso switch between the external monitor and the LCD monitor of the
notebook, see chapter "
Functio n keys and key combinations", Page 25.
You can display the same picture on the external monitor and the
notebook L CD monitor simultaneously.
