Replacement routines Replacing the SAS/SATA backplane

Ê Position the SAS/SATA backplane on the hooks (see circles). Make sure that
the SAS/SATA backplane fits in the guidances (see arrows).
Ê Fasten the SAS/SATA backplane by pushing the green levels in the former
position.
Ê Connect all cables to the SAS/SATA backplane (see the cabling plans in the
Options Guide).
Ê Reinstall all hot-plug hard disk drives (for a detailed description see the
Operating Manual).
Ê Close the server and connect all power plugs (for a detailed description see
the Options Guide).
