7 Non-accessible drives
7.1 Installing and removing the hard disk
drives
Ê Shut down the server and disconnect the AC power cord from the system.
Ê Remove the side cover as described in section "Preparation" on page 23
Ê Open the HDD cage as described in section "Preparation" on page 23.

Ê Remove all cables from the desired hard disk drive.
I In 4-HDD configurations, when replacing hard disk drives 3 and / or
4, you will also need to disconnect cables from hard disk drives 1
and / or 2 (see orange arrows).
