5.4 Connecting the server to the mains
The server is fitted with a built-in power supply.
V CAUTION!
The server is automatically set to a mains voltage in the range 100V -
240V. You may only operate the server if its rated voltage range
corresponds to the local mains voltage.
Ê Connect the insulated connector of the power cable to the power supply unit
of the server.
Ê Insert the mains plug into an earthing contact socket in the internal supply
network.
5.4.1 Using cable ties
You can secure the power cable using a cable tie to ensure that the insulated
connector cannot be disconnected from the power supply unit accidentally. The
cable tie is included in the accessories pack that is delivered together with the
server.
