7 Property and data protection
7.1 Mechanical access protection
The lock and drive cover can be used to restrict access to the On/Off button and
the drives.
To prevent it being removed from its location, the server can be secured to a
fixed object with a steel cable running through a clip on the back.
7.2 BIOS Setup security functions
The Security menu in BIOS Setup offers various options for protecting your data
from unauthorized access. For example, it allows you to assign passwords or
prevent the BIOS from being overwritten. By combining these options you can
achieve optimum protection for your system.
