9. Click the [Install] button.
An authentication window appears.
10.Enter the user name and password for a user with Administrator
privileges, and click the [Install Software] button ([OK] on Mac OS X
v10.6).
Installation starts. When the installation is complete, the [About ScanSnap's Auto
Power OFF function] screen appears.
11.Read the explanation, and then click the [Continue] button.
The message "The installation was successful." appears on the screen.
HINT
You can specify the software you want to install by clicking the [Customize] button. The ScanSnap
Manager and ScanSnap Online Update settings cannot be changed.
