a Check the direction of the notch ( ) on the pick roller and of the small roller ( ), and insert
it in the hole.
b Close the sheet guide.
ATTENTION
Confirm that the pick roller is installed properly. Otherwise, paper jams or other feeding errors may occur.
9 Close the ADF.
For details, refer to How to Close the ADF (page 33).
Be careful not to get your fingers caught when closing the ADF.
10 Reset the roller set counter.
