2.3 Transceiver Unit
2.3.1 For FCR-2829W
Fabricating of RW-
9600
1. Fabricate the RW-
9600 cable as
shown right
2. Trim each wire
(except coaxial
cable) consider-
ing its location on
the terminal
board.
3. Fold back the
shield and cut it
leaving 30 mm.
4. Remove insula-
tion of each wire
by about 6 mm.
5. Using the terminal opener, insert each core (except coaxial cable) to appropriate
connector plug.
6. Insert the coaxial cable to the TB802 on TB Board and fix the shield with cable
clamp.

Procedures
1. Twist the conductor.
2. Press the terminal opener downward.
3. Insert the wire to hole.
4. Remove the terminal opener.
5. Pull the wire to confirm that it is ecure.
Wiring for Coaxial cable
Clamp shield with bracket.
Tighten conductor with screw.
Do not use crimp-on lug to prevent
contact resistance from increasing.
