For longer Àight time there are 2S/iFe or 2S /iPo batteries available. Pay attention to charge them with
the correct charging method and adjust the low voltage alert according to the battery type.
Trainer cord - the optional training cord may be used to help a beginning pilot learn to fly easily by
placing the instructor on a separate transmitter. 1ote that the FX-36 transmitter may be connected to
another FX-36 system as well as to any other models of Futaba transmitters. The FX-36 transmitter uses
one of the three cord plug types according to the transmitter connected.
Servos - there are various kinds of servos. Please choose the Futaba servos that best suit your model and
purpose. If you utilize an S.%8S system you should choose an S.%8S servo. An analog servo cannot be
used if FASSTest2CH mode is used.
Telemetry sensor - please purchase an optional sensor in order to utilize bidirectional communication
system and to acquire the information from a model high up in the sky.

<-harnesses servo extensions hubetc - Genuine Futaba extensions and <-harnesses including a heavy-
duty version with heavier wire are available to aid in your larger model and other installations.
Gyros - a variety of genuine Futaba gyros is available for your aircraft or helicopter needs.
Governor - for helicopter use. Automatically adjusts throttle servo position to maintain a constant head
speed regardless of blade pitch load weather etc.
Receivers - various models of Futaba receivers may be purchased for use in other models. Receivers for
FASSTest and FASST T-FHSS S-FHSS types are available.
S%D-2 S.%8S decoder -The S%D-2 is a converter for using conventional servos other than an S.%8S
servo with the S.%8S/S.%8S2 system. The S%D-2 connects to the receiver output of an S.%8S/S.%8S2
system and eight servos can be used. S%D-2 can change the output CH by selecting from groups using
a rotary switch. S%D-2 can use (XT battery
for servos.
