If no Garnet RV devices appear, ensure that you are within 16m (50ft) of
the RV, and use the “Refresh” icon or “Find RV” icon to scan again for the
RV.
Verify that Bluetooth is ON.
Ensure that the Garnet RV hardware is powered ON.
