Setting up digital audio

3 Highlight MP3, then press the buttons to select:
■ Bitstream
Outputs raw MP3 digital signals from the optical or coaxial digital
audio jacks.
■ PCM
Outputs 2-channel digital audio from the optical or coaxial digital
audio jacks.
■ Off
Turns off MP3 output.
4 Highlight OK, then press ENTER.
Configuring CD audio
This option sets the outgoing digital audio format of CD tracks.
To set your CD output format:
1 On the player’s remote control, press STOP, then press SETUP. The main
Setup menu opens.
2 Use your remote control’s arrow buttons to highlight Digital, then press
ENTER. The Digital audio setup menu opens.
