Troubleshooting
This chapter provides some solutions to common
networking and DVD problems. If the suggestions in this
chapter do not correct the problem, see “Getting help” on
page 86.
Network troubleshooting
The DVD player cannot connect to the network.
■ Make sure that Gateway D5 Media Server is installed
and running on the computer.
■ Make sure that you have selected a network card in the
Media Server program. For more information, see
“Selecting the network card” on page 69.
