INSTALLATION OF THE BASE
Please select an appropriate seat in the vehicle.
NOTE! The ISOFIX anchorage points (2) are two met-
al lugs per seat and are located between the back-
rest and the seating surface of the vehicle. If you are in
any doubt, consult your vehicle instruction manual for
assistance.
NOTE! If the ISOFIX anchorage points (2) of your ve-
hicle are dicult to access, you should use the ISOFIX
insert guides (3) and fix them on the ISOFIX anchorage
points (2) permanently.
• Release the ISOFIX connectors (4). Both ISOFIX con-
nectors can be adjusted independently. Push both
buttons (5) and (6) simultaneously and pull the
ISOFIX connectors out of the base to the end.
• The ISOFIX connectors (4) must lock into the ISOFIX
anchorage points (2) with an audible click.
• Make sure that the seat stays firmly in place by trying
to pull it out of the ISOFIX anchorage points.
• The green safety indicator (7) must be clearly visible
on both ISOFIX release buttons.
• Next, push the base in the direction to the backrest
until it is fully aligned with the backrest.
NOTE! Moving the base sideways will make sure it sits
tight against the backrest of the vehicle.
