NOTE! Teach your child from the start to always ensure
that the belt is tight and, if necessary, how to tighten
the belt themselves.
!
WARNING! The lap belt must run as low as possi-
ble on both sides along your child’s groin to have
optimum eect in the event of an accident.
Now feed the diagonal belt through the red upper
belt guide (36) in the headrest until it is inside the belt
guide. Ensure that the diagonal belt runs between the
outside of the shoulder and the neck of your child. If
necessary, adjust the height of the headrest to change
the position of the belt. The height of the headrest can
still be adjusted while in the car (see chapter: “ADJUST-
ING THE HEADREST”).
NOTE! The three-point-belt must only be passed
through the designated routings. The belt routings are
described in detail in this manual and are marked in red
on the car seat.
