      If oxygen is not flowing or the flow is limited from your GCE Medical Equipment, the oxygen tubing may be kinked or blocked, stopping the delivery of oxygen. Unkink the oxygen tubing or replace it if necessary. Another possible cause is that the humidifier bottle is not properly connected to the device. Reinstall the humidifier bottle to ensure proper connection.

      If there is water in the cannula of your GCE Medical Equipment, dry the inside of the humidifier cover. Also, do not use hot water in the humidifier bottle, and avoid overfilling it. Keep the oxygen concentrator and cannula in the same room at the same temperature.
