Connecting EnerVista 8 Series Setup software to the Relay
Using the Quick
Connect Feature
The Quick Connect button can be used to establish a fast connection through the front
panel USB port of a 850 relay, or through the Ethernet port. The following window appears
when the QuickConnect button is pressed:
As indicated by the window, the "Quick Connect" feature can quickly connect the EnerVista
8 Series Setup
software to a 850 front port if the USB is selected in the interface drop-down
list. Select “USB” and press the Connect button. Ethernet or WiFi can also be used as the
interface for Quick Connect as shown next.
